Equipped with three rooms with separate entrance and private bathroom, equipped kitchen, courtyard and private terrace overlooking Sassi, due to its architectural and logistical features it is an ideal place for a vacation among family units or groups of friends for up to 6 to 8 people.

Unless otherwise stated, beds will be prepared as follows:

– Suite “San Leonardo” for 2 persons: 1 extra large double bed (possibility of having two single beds – on request when booking). The room has a double sofa bed to be requested at the time of booking, at an extra cost of 20 euros per person.

– Room “Listen to the Look” for 2 persons: 1 double bed (possibility to have two single beds – on request at the time of booking).

– “A Modo Mio” room for 2 people: 1 double bed (not separable).

Children under 2 years stay free of charge if they stay in their parents’ bed.

Rules at the facility

– Check-in from 4:00 pm to 7 pm. For estimated early arrivals, if your room is not yet ready, you may leave your luggage in storage. For late estimated arrivals, a Self check-in service is available to be arranged with us. Corte San Leonardo does not have a 24-hour front desk so, in order to provide you with the best possible service, we ask that you notify us one hour prior to your arrival at the property.

– Check-out at 10:00 am. On the day of departure, in case you want to take a last walk in the city, you can equally leave your luggage for the day.

– Silence is a feature of our facility, so please behave respectfully toward the guests in the facility.

– Court and terrace are common spaces available to all guests, so please keep respectful behavior towards the guests present in the facility.

Cancellation

Corte San Leonardo also offers security to its Clients for the year 2024, so that they can plan their vacation with peace of mind and security.

Guarantee and cancellation conditions for stays at Corte San Leonardo from January 1 to December 31, 2024.

Guarantee Conditions

A deposit equal to 50% of the total amount is required upon confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation Conditions

You may cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before check-in. In this case the deposit is returned.

For bookings via website, email or direct contact, it is possible to move or cancel the booked trip in writing up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival. For cancellations received after 10 days prior to arrival, the deposit already paid is converted into a voucher with no expiration date and can be redeemed at any time thereafter.
