We are Barbara and Francesca, a team working in synergy to transform your spaces into true emotional destinations. From the simple assessment of the structure (service realised online), to the “turnkey” (service realised online and in presence), we study every detail to evoke positive feelings and distinguish you from the competition.
Whether you are launching a new business or want to relaunch an already established accommodation, our objective is clear: to accompany you in offering not only a place to sleep, but a complete experience that invites your guests to return and to positive “word of mouth”.
This project stems from our personal and ten-year experience in the tourist accommodation sector with Corte San Leonardo, a background that has allowed us to refine an effective and consolidated method.

Hi, I am Barbara, the creative soul of this project. For over 20 years I have been involved in interior and set design for private individuals and accommodation facilities. My passion is to create environments that welcome and tell a story. At Corte San Leonardo, my heart space, I have realised this vision, designing a place where every detail is designed to offer emotions and a unique experience, far beyond the mere sale of rooms. What is my vision of hospitality? Making guests feel “at home away from home”.
My name is Francesca and I am a consultant in Home Staging and Hospitality Organisation. I help hosts transform their facilities into welcoming, functional and irresistible spaces. My approach is concrete: I analyse spaces, optimise flows and simplify management, making each environment more efficient both live and online. Through home staging and operational organisation, I bring order and enhance every detail with practical, tailor-made solutions. My mission is to increase the perceived value of your accommodation, making it more competitive and improving the guest experience and your management.
